Trust House has nearly 500 residential properties that we own or manage. We are seeking another staff member to work with the existing team to manage this portfolio.
This will be a full time position based in Masterton.
Previous experience in tenancy management is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful applicant. The key tasks will be to undertake tenancy checks, property inspections, issuing maintenance work and arrears management.
To be successful in this position it is essential that you possess:
- Excellent self management, organisational & computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to people from all walks of life
- High standard of customer service
- A current full driver’s licence.
